Age and Impotence
While there are many who think that only old guys have issues with impotence, this is not always the case. As we have mentioned before in previous articles, there are some men who have suffered injuries or who have underlying illnesses that cause the impotence.
It is said that every man at some point of his life will suffer from impotence. Yet, there are many of you who are curious as to what age that might be. Here we will discuss that. It is said that men after the age of thirty might find that they are more susceptible to experiencing impotence.
Why is this? Well, first of all, men at this age are at risk of getting a lot of diseases. What are some of those diseases? Well, for starters, diabetes is one of those that can cause this. This is just one of the issues of impotence with age that men face. However, there are many more than just that.
It is suggested that by age fifty, men lose their sexual function. Right now, as they are doing studies they are finding that age has to do with impotence. The older than man is, the more likely he has issues with impotence. That isn’t to say that young men don’t suffer from this as there are many situations that can cause a young man to experience this as well.
So, what is the age that most men can start seeing the problems associated with this? Let’s put it this way, the healthier you are, the older you will be before you see these problems come up. It is suggested that a man who doesn’t have any chronic illnesses and who lives a healthy lifestyle will find that he doesn’t have to deal with this until about age sixty five. Pushing it, he might not see this happen until age seventy nine. However, we all know how difficult these stipulations are these days. As we see more men than not are obese, smoke and drink, the age in which these symptoms are seen tends to decrease.
It is said that if you exercise a few times a week for an hour, you lessen your chances (of being affected by impotence) by thirty percent. This can be great to know as this can lessen your chances of having any impotence problems – at all. Many men say they will take that chance. Yet, just as many men don’t and now live with this thing known as impotence. There are many ways that you can reduce these risks. Search for those ways or ask your doctor to find out about more of them.
